Thursday brings mostly sunshine across Germany, with fog and low cloud lingering in some regions, and highs between 4 and 13 degrees.
Fog or low cloud forms in parts of the country in the morning and mostly clears during the day. It stays overcast longer near the Baltic coast and from the Alpine foothills to the Swabian Alb. The wind blows lightly to moderately from the east, and it is fresh in the low mountain ranges and on the East Frisian coast.
Friday is often overcast in the northeast, from Schleswig-Holstein to Brandenburg, but largely dry. Cloud spreads in the southwest from France and Switzerland, where some rain is possible. Highs range from 3 degrees in Upper Swabia to 12 degrees in the Bergisches Land. The weekend stays mostly dry, with Saturday sunniest in the east and Sunday bringing a mix of cloud and sun.
